About Us
Agtonomy is a hybrid autonomy and tele-assist service platform that turns tractors and other equipment into autonomous machines. A robust sensor suite and custom software stack enable remote modes of operation with a higher margin of safety than conventional equipment. Agtonomy, through its OEM partners, will address both local agriculture skilled labor shortages and broader land maintenance operations, including wildfire prevention through land clearing.
About the role
We are seeking to hire a temporary Wire Harness Assembler (WHA) to join our talented team. The Wire Harness Assembler (WHA) will preform tasks that are necessary to the production process to assemble our tractors. As a WAH at Agtonomy, you will have an aptitude for mechanics and an eye for detail.
What you’ll be doing
-Build and modify electrical harnesses.
- Perform repairs to harnesses or electrical wiring.
- Operate stripping equipment, hand tools, soldering equipment and any other equipment needed to complete assemblies, following established safety practices and procedures.
-Interpret technical documents and diagrams, in addition to following verbal and written instructions. (detailed drawings and schematics)
-Work with team members to assemble products together.
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
-Maintain and adhere to safety requirements-Identify defective items while assembling product and escalating
What you’ll bring
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 3 plus years of experience working as an assembler and wire harnesses
- Skilled in elictrial wiring and soldering- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Willing to preform tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
- Collaborative mindset and communication skills

This is a temporary contract position that we anticipate will last 4 to 6 months.
